FAS financial statements are approved without restrictions for the ninth straight year

10 of May of 2017 - Accounts of the Foundation are audited every six months by PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC)


The Amazonas Sustainable Foundation (FAS) released on Wednesday (10) its Financial Statements and the Report of Independent Auditors PricewaterhouseCoopers-Brazil (PwC), for the year 2016. The Foundation's accounts are audited every six months and were approved without qualification for the ninth consecutive year.


De acordo com os procedimentos internos de prestação de contas da FAS, a administração prepara as demonstrações em conjunto com o escritório de contabilidade JBL, e as submete a auditoria da PwC. Após aprovados pela auditoria, os documentos são analisados pelo Conselho Fiscal e pelo Conselho de Administração da FAS, and finally, submitted to the State Public Ministry (MPE).
