It is the 21st time that the financial statements of non-governmental non-profit organization are approved without restrictions.

In this review, the financial statements for the first six months of 2018 They were checked, including the balance sheet, income statement, the changes in equity and cash flows; until, very relevant, all accompanying notes to financial statements, containing details of their accounts and accounting policies.

The positive result, according to the administrative and financial superintendent of FAS, Luiz Villares, indicates transparency and FAS responsibility to conduct their own financial affairs with the actions and entities with a high degree of confidence. He highlighted the application of FAS Fund, ensuring financial sustainability to the organization.

"The FAS disclose in its financial statements the shares of its equity portfolio, evidencing their investments only in companies with a high degree of social responsibility and good sustainability practices. So of course our position to avoid investments in companies in sectors and practices that are not welcome to our founding purposes ", said.

From 2008 the FAS accounts are reviewed by PwC. since there, 20 audits and reviews were made, always following Brazilian and international standards applicable to FAS. In the process this year, the first half, those responsible for financial and accounting matters of FAS were asked by the team at PwC, a character procedure reviewer.
