Companies and institutions that offer their services to FAS, free,as part of their strategies and socio-environmental commitments.
A PricewaterhouseCoopers, global organization of audit and business consulting, deauditoria provides services to the FAS on a voluntary basis (probono), since June 2008. The audit meets the legal requirements required for the Brazilian foundations, according to accounting principles and standards applicable, establishing criteria and procedures for assessment, accounting records and structuring financial statements of the foundations.
A Bain & Company set up the Strategic Planning FAS and advice specific to the area of special projects, on a voluntary basis (pro-bono), in order to maximize its resources and its application to the conservation and management of environmental services in protected areas of the State of Amazonas. The partnership has existed since 1º of June 2008.
The law firm DD&The (Denys Dantas & Lopes Law Firm), based in Manaus (AM), started, in 2008, free legal advice to the FAS in consulting and litigation, developing and verifying contratos, covenants and opinions in the various branches of law (labor, civil, tributary, trademarks and patents) and following demands from the courts.
Since April 2008, the Bradesco Asset Management (BRAM), one of the largest asset managers in Brazil, administers the financial assets of FAS. This service takes place on a voluntary basis (pro-bono) the exemption of the Management Fee of BRAM in the management of funds in the portfolio of FAS. The BRAM was a specific fund for receipt of the donation page of the Government of the State of Amazonas, Bradesco's and Coke, called "Bradesco Investment Fund Fixed Income Sustainable Amazon". This fund is governed by a maintenance concept of the principal amount invested, aimed at generating permanent income for service payments for the Bolsa Floresta.
A SDS is responsible for the management of Conservation of the State of Amazonas, through the State Center for Protected Areas (CEUC). The FAS has an agreement with the SDS for the development of various activities related to the implementation of Bolsa Floresta and implementation of conservation.
The FAS has an agreement with the Seduc in order to support the educational activities in areas of the Bolsa Floresta, particularly in schools with the pedagogy of alternation.
The FAS has an agreement with the ADS with the objective of supporting sustainable supply chains, especially the brown.
The FAS has an agreement with the Ipaam in order to support the monitoring and enforcement activities aimed at combating deforestation and environmental crimes in the State of Amazonas. Specifically for the Juma were purchased goods and equipment to assist the local monitoring.
FAS cooperates with the IDAM focused on developing and implementing forest management plans in protected areas (UC´s).
The FAS maintains cooperation with the FVS in order to support actions aimed at improving public health in areas of the Bolsa Floresta.
The FAS has an agreement of cooperation with AFEAM in order to enable continuity of monthly payments relative to the Bolsa Floresta Family, initiated by the Government of the State of Amazonas, prior to the start of the FAS.
The FAS has a partnership with the UFAM with the aim of training for community practice of climbing trees to collect seeds. The FAS maintains a cooperation agreement with INPA for monitoring stock dynamics and forest carbon project Juma REDD.
The partnership with FAPEAM aims to promote and stimulate the development of the scientific interest of the students of the Nuclei of Conservation and Sustainability, involving them in finding solutions to everyday difficulties and deepening the knowledge about the biological and social diversity in the RDS's.
Within the context of South-South Cooperation on REDD, FAS e o Ministry of Environment of Mozambique (MICOA) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the intent to transfer social technologies for Mozambique, and economic policies carried out under the Forest Conservation Grant Program and specifically the Project for the Juma REDD. The Royal Norwegian Embassy in Maputo – capital of Moçambique, also supports the initiative.
The FAS has a partnership with the IDESAM RDS in Uatumã, in order to develop projects to encourage community-based tourism. Furthermore, IDESAM is responsible for the technical coordination of project design document of the Juma REDD.
The FAS has a partnership with the CNS, aimed at strengthening the residents' associations of conservation, and implementation of the Bolsa Floresta program in Amapá PA, Cujubim, Gregory and Wood River.

A AGE is a communications agency FAS to the internet and advises the FAS in the planning and execution of its presence in the virtual environment.
The International Institute for Environmental and Development – IIED FAS and the partnership to carry out scientific research, policies and implementation of REDD. As a policy research institute based in England, beneath the IIED, from the experiences of FAS REDD, help build practical and theoretical frameworks aimed at implementation of REDD projects in tropical forests in different countries.
